Who we are

The Little Mini Golf Co. is an outdoor mini golf course at 17 Indacom Dr., Douro, Ontario. We are part of the Little Frozen Yogurt Company family. Questions about this policy go to info@minigolfco.ca or (705) 201-0484.

What we collect

• Bookings: your name, email, phone number (optional), the date, time and size of your group, and any promo or gift card code you use.
• Payments: handled by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
• Group and school inquiries: the contact details and trip details you send us through a form or by email.
• Gift cards: the names and email addresses you enter for the buyer and recipient.
• Round recap: the scorecard photo you upload is read by AI to pull out the scores, and the photo itself is not stored. The player names and scores you confirm are saved to create your share page, which anyone with the link can view.
• Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
• Website activity: we use the Meta pixel and similar cookies to see which ads lead to bookings.

How we use it

• To take and manage your booking, and send confirmations, reminders and weather updates.
• To answer your questions and reply to group, school and sponsorship inquiries.
• To send news and offers, but only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve our ads.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business:

• Square (payments)
• Supabase (our booking database)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Amazon Web Services (sending email)
• Google (our email inbox)
• Anthropic (AI used for round recaps and to help draft email replies)
• Meta (ad measurement)

Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Our email assistant and Google data

We use a private, internal tool connected to our own business Gmail inbox. It helps us read customer emails, organize them with labels and draft replies. A person on our team reviews every draft before anything is sent. The tool cannot send email on its own.

Information we access through Google APIs is used only to provide this feature for our business. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to build or train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@minigolfco.ca.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
